Four Days!

I'm at Renee's aunt and uncle's house again.

Renaissance's language skills are rapidly developing. A short list of everything she can say:

• Yeti
  
• Hi
  
• Hey
  
• Hello
  
• Kitty
  
• Bob (as in Spongebob Squarepants)
  
• Baby
  
• Dada (hopefully as in "Daddy", but usually, she means "Dora")
  
• Mama (hopefully as in "Mommy", but usually the sound she makes when she's blowing spit bubbles)
  
• Baba

And, of course, she can growl. That was the first thing she ever did to copy us.

Also, just to annoy us, she won't repeat most of these words. She likes saying "yeti", "bob", "dada", "mama", and "hey". Everything else, though, are things we think we thought we heard her say, but she won't repeat (that's an awkward sentence). We think she'll be rattling off perfect English when she feels like it. She's just keeping things a secret from us.
